Stove Installation in Dundee
Professional woodburning and multifuel stove installation by HETAS registered installers — serving Dundee, Angus, North Fife and East Perthshire.
Looking for wood burning stove installation in Dundee or North Fife? We can supply and fit a log burner or install a stove you already own. We first assess the room, existing chimney, ventilation and flue route, then discuss what the installation actually needs. If there is no suitable chimney, a twin wall flue may be an option. Ask us about your property before ordering a stove; a survey determines what is suitable.
We also work in Angus, North Fife and East Perthshire. For a local overview, see St Andrews, Cupar or Perth. These town pages are not separate installation offers.
Stove installation questions
Does HETAS registration replace Scottish building standards approval?
No. HETAS registration demonstrates installer competence but does not replace the Scottish building standards route. Check with your local authority which approvals your particular work needs before it starts.
How long does a stove installation take?
It depends on the room, the existing chimney and any liner or twin wall flue work required. We assess the property and discuss the scope before confirming a timeline.
Can you install a stove without an existing chimney?
Yes, a twin wall flue system can provide a new flue route where no usable chimney exists. The route and suitability are assessed at survey.
Do you cover North Fife?
Yes. We install stoves in North Fife as well as Dundee, Angus and East Perthshire. Contact us with your address and details of the stove or chimney to discuss a survey.

Every installation begins with a thorough assessment of your property. We consider the room size, ventilation, chimney condition and your heating requirements to recommend the right stove and installation approach.
We can supply the stove as well as fit it, woodburning or multifuel, or install a stove you have already bought. Either way we advise on suitable models for the room and the flue before anything is ordered.

Dundee
Free Standing Stove Installation in Dundee
Dundee is where much of our installation work happens, from tenement flats to detached family homes. We fit free standing woodburning and multifuel stoves across the city, including Balgay, Lochee, Ninewells and the neighbouring districts, as well as out into Angus, North Fife and East Perthshire.
The process is the same wherever you are: a survey of the room and chimney, flue and liner work where the existing chimney needs it (or a twin wall flue system where there is no chimney at all), the installation itself and final commissioning. Aftercare is available once the stove is in, including chimney sweeping and stove servicing.
